These terms apply to The Hub, including The Hub app for Roku, offered by Hawkins Media ("we"). By using The Hub you agree to them.
You may use The Hub to view galleries you've been given access to. A TV signed in to your account shows only your galleries. You're responsible for the TVs and devices you sign in to your account. Please don't try to reach galleries you haven't been given, interfere with the service, or copy the app.
Photos and films in a gallery belong to their owners. Viewing a gallery doesn't give you rights to copy, share or publish its content beyond what its owner allows.
A gallery's owner can turn off a TV's access, close a gallery, or remove content at any time. We may change, pause or stop parts of The Hub, and may end access that breaks these terms.
The Hub is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running well but don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, Hawkins Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of The Hub.

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
